Quality Input
Drawing + Material + Critical Dimensions
Confirm machining and inspection requirements before production
Quality Control
Our workflow covers drawing review, first-piece inspection, in-process sampling, and final inspection, with first-piece, in-process, outgoing, and dimensional records available by order.

01
Confirm drawing requirements
02
Approve the first piece
03
Sample by process risk
04
Inspect before shipment
Quality Input
Confirm machining and inspection requirements before production
Process Control
Set inspection priorities from volume, geometry, and critical dimensions
Quality Records
Reporting scope is agreed with the order and customer requirements
Each order starts from a controlled drawing revision and agreed quality requirements, then proceeds through first-piece approval, in-process monitoring, and final release.
01
Confirm drawing revision, material grade, quantity, critical dimensions, tolerances, finishing, cosmetic surfaces, and packaging.
02
Inspect critical dimensions, hole positions, working surfaces, and appearance before continuing production.
03
Monitor tool wear, dimensional drift, burrs, scratches, and workholding stability during batch production.
04
Check dimensions, appearance, quantity, identification, and packaging, then prepare agreed inspection or dimensional records.
Pre-production, in-process, and pre-shipment gates separately control drawing interpretation, batch stability, and delivery condition.
01
Confirm the machining direction
02
Control batch variation
03
Confirm delivery condition
Vision, height, roughness, hardness, and general precision tools are selected according to component features.
Vision measuring machine, height instrument, height gauge
Contours, hole spacing, position, height, and critical working surfaces
Mitutoyo calipers and micrometers
Overall dimensions, thickness, steps, diameters, and fits
Roughness tester and hardness tester
Surface roughness and material hardness condition
Pin, plug, thread, go/no-go, and gauge blocks
Hole size, threads, go/no-go results, and fit relationships

Critical, important, and general characteristics receive different attention. Actual inspection frequency depends on geometry, volume, and customer requirements.
A
Dimensions affecting function, assembly, or explicitly identified by the customer receive first-piece and process focus.
B
Dimensions affecting location, appearance, or downstream operations are sampled by volume and process risk.
C
General shape, quantity, identification, and appearance are confirmed during final inspection.
Quality documents are provided according to order size, drawing requirements, and customer agreement; formats are confirmed at quotation or order placement.
01
First-piece inspection record
02
In-process sampling record
03
Outgoing inspection record
04
Material certificate
05
Dimensional report
06
Packaging and quantity confirmation
When sending a drawing, identify critical dimensions, assembly relationships, cosmetic surfaces, finishing, and any required inspection report.
