CNC Milling
For plates, housings, brackets, fixtures, cavities, and multi-hole components.
Machining Capabilities
LIFAN provides CNC milling, 3-axis and 4-axis machining, grinding, drilling and tapping, plus coordinated finishing. Typical lead time is 7–15 days, subject to material, geometry, volume, and quality requirements.

We support build-to-print work and sample-based evaluation. Orders can start from 1 piece and extend to pilot runs and 10,000+ piece production programs.
For plates, housings, brackets, fixtures, cavities, and multi-hole components.
For multi-face features, angled holes, contours, and complex geometry.
For flat surfaces, mating faces, and improved surface-quality requirements.
Efficient production of hole patterns, threads, and repeat components.
Evaluation of material, geometry, process, and inspection from drawings or samples.
Single parts, pilot batches, and 10,000+ piece program evaluation.
Milling dimensions can be evaluated up to approximately 850 mm, with stable tolerances referenced at 0.01 mm. Final capability depends on material, geometry, workholding, dimension distribution, and inspection method.
Model-850 CNC capacity supports milling dimensions evaluated up to approximately 850 mm for multi-face, cavity, hole-pattern, and fixture work.
Three-axis and four-axis process planning reduces accumulated error from repeated positioning on complex parts.
5 grinding machines support surface finish evaluated from Ra 0.2–0.8.
11 model-650 machines support efficient hole, thread, and batch-component production.
Sandblasting, brushing, ultrasonic cleaning, and laser marking are available alongside coordinated finishing.
Single prototypes, pilot runs, and volume production begin with controlled drawing revisions and first-piece approval.

These are the regularly machined materials and coordinated finishing services confirmed in the supplied information. Grade, color, thickness, hardness, and appearance requirements should be reviewed with the drawing.
Orders can start from 1 piece for fit checks, assembly validation, replacement parts, and new-product trials.
Programs such as 50, 100, and 1,000 pieces are evaluated with drawing control, first-piece approval, and in-process consistency checks.
10,000+ piece programs can be evaluated using capacity planning, first-piece confirmation, in-process sampling, and final inspection.
Stable tolerance can be referenced at 0.01 mm. CNC finish can be referenced at Ra 1.6, with grinding evaluated at Ra 0.2–0.8.
Provide material, quantity, drawings, finishing, and target lead time. Engineering will review process, equipment fit, inspection points, and delivery planning.
